Company opens branch in Cape Coral; moves its Fort Myers operation to a new facility accommodating future growth
JUNE 25, 2013 – SANTA ANA, CA – Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC (Carrington) today announced that it has expanded its coverage in Florida, adding a retail branch office in Cape Coral and relocating its existing Fort Myers operation to a new facility that more appropriately accommodates the company’s plans for further growth. These latest changes reflect Carrington’s ongoing commitment to extending its geographic market reach while enhancing its breadth of products to meet the needs of borrowers and the real estate professionals they work with.
Now, consumers in these markets can take advantage of Carrington’s 25-Day Closing Program, an initiative announced earlier this year offering borrowers a shorter, more predictable timeline to secure financing. This program allows borrowers to take advantage of possible lower rates and expedites compensation for the real estate professionals representing them. Per the terms of this program, Carrington commits to process any qualifying loan from the time that a file is submitted to underwriting to the time that it funds within 25 calendar days, or the company will apply a closing cost credit of $500 to the loan once the loan closes.
