Carrington Home Solutions Named One of Orange County’s Best Places to Work in 2013
List compiled by Orange County Business Journal and Best Companies Group recognizes organizations benefiting the county’s economy, workforce and businesses
JULY 23, 2013 – SANTA ANA, CA – Carrington Home Solutions, L.P. (formerly White Van Real Estate Services L.P.) today announced that is has been named one of the 2013 Best Places to Work in Orange County. This county-wide survey and awards program organized by the Orange County Business Journal and Best Companies Group is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Orange County – particularly those organizations benefiting the county’s economy, workforce and businesses. Carrington Home Solutions will be recognized via a special section of the Orange County Business Journal’s July 29th issue.

Companies from across the county entered a two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Orange County. The first part (worth 25 percent of the total evaluation) consisted of evaluating each company's workplace policies, practices, and demographics. The second (worth 75 percent) consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking order. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Orange County and also analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.
