Carrington Real Estate Services Names Industry Veteran Frank Kirschner East Coast Regional Vice President
Appointment demonstrates commitment to increasing bench strength with experienced leadership focused on driving growth and increasing agent production
AUGUST 12, 2013 – SANTA ANA, CA -- Carrington Real Estate Services, LLC (Carrington), a corporately owned and operated national brokerage, today announced the appointment of industry veteran Frank Kirschner to Regional Vice President. Drawing from his extensive industry experience, Kirschner will be responsible for overseeing the company’s East Coast operations, proactively driving growth in that region to meet evolving market demands and ensuring the exceptional service for which Carrington agents have become known. The appointment demonstrates Carrington’s commitment to continued growth and to providing leadership expertise that can take agents’ businesses to the next level.
Kirschner has a history of building strong teams, increasing agent productivity and local market share. He joins Carrington with more than 20 years of industry experience covering both sales and operations management. Most recently with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty in Florida, his employment history includes positions with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Florida, Atlanta Buckhead Realty in Georgia, and Prudential Sadie Moranis Realty in Toronto, Ontario, Canada where he served as Executive Vice President and General Manager.
Kirschner is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Canadian Real Estate Association and the National Speaker’s Association, a Certified Career Development Specialist in the area of Real Estate Training and Coaching, and a published author. He holds an MBA in Organizational Change Management from Davenport University/Detroit College of Business in Dearborn, Michigan.
